Sessions On The Silver Plains is Hayley's first non-fiction book, and is based on over ten years experience studying past lives and how we can remember them. It draws on personal and professional experiences, as well as interviews with acquaintances to help us better understand where our phobias and interests can originate from. With chapters based around historical re-enactments, the Titanic, and ancestry, it aims to help the reader discover the history of their own lives without needing to visit a psychic.
