Energy Healing​

Reiki is a soothing treatment for the energetic body, the healing of which filters into our physical existence. It is a brilliant treatment for pain, emotional turmoil, insomnia, heartache, grief, feeling 'stuck', struggling to let go, and overall wellbeing. Sessions start with a brief chat to understand what you would like to get from the session, are conducted fully clothed from head to toe (with skin to skin contact where possible) accompanied by healing background music and a tailored blend of aromatherapy oils. All sessions include optional breathwork and the healing frequencies of a sound bath, ending with frankincense and dark chocolate to reground.​

These sessions uncover wounds, heal patterns, and make peace with the past, bringing clarity and understanding to your current life path.
