Energy Healing & Past Life Therapy
Ascension Therapies studio is run from my home in Quainton (next to Buckinghamshire Railway Centre).
Sessions are 60 - 90 minutes. I offer two timeslots term-time:
Wednesday | 08:30 and 10.30
Thursday | 08:30 and 10.30
Friday | 08:30 and 10.30
Saturday (last of the month) | 09:00
How I offer 1-1 sessions
Sessions are now individually tailored depending on our initial chat and your preferences, and can include: energy healing (including reiki), quantum hypnosis, past life regression, rebirthing breathwork, guided journeying, soul retrieval, tuning fork therapy, and aromatherapy.
Sessions start with a brief chat to understand what you would like to work on / towards, and are conducted fully clothed with skin to skin contact where possible. We use one or a combination of these ancient treatments on the energetic body, and all sessions include optional breathwork, healing frequencies, and end with frankincense and dark chocolate to reground.
My speciality: what is past life exploration and therapy?
Do you ever get the sense that you have known someone before? That you have visited a place? Do you have any phobias that cannot be linked to childhood? With fifteen years of experience and research, the strange phenomenon that is past lives can completely transform our lives. The hour and a half starts with an interesting discussion, followed by a calming hypnotherapy session where you lay back with a weighted eye mask, surrounded by healing sounds and aromatherapy oils, and we both both journey into your past timelines. These sessions uncover wounds, heal patterns, and give us profound insight to make peace with the present, bringing clarity and understanding to our current life path. Includes optional breathwork and alchemical energy healing.
